1. Digital products

Because patterns are digital files that can be downloaded immediately, we generally cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

2. When refunds are available

We will gladly help in these cases:

• Duplicate purchases
• Corrupted or unreadable files we cannot fix
• A pattern that is materially different from its description
